Key Responsibilities for this Paper Machine Manager:
• Lead daily operations of paper machines to meet production, quality, and cost targets.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs (efficiency, downtime, waste, energy use).
• Drive root cause problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams on outages, trials, and upgrades.
Qualifications for this Paper Machine Manager:
• At least 3 years of paper mill or industrial manufacturing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of paper machine operations and process control systems.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement.
