Panel Technician

Job TitleInstalls electrical wiring and assembles components in control cabinets, electrical and industrial equipment, and related industrial apparatus, according to blueprints and wiring diagrams by performing the following duties.Requirements To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and have effective oral and written communication skills.Valid forklift certification.Competencies • Strong business, creative, and technical writing skills • Proficiency in MS office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent oral and written communication • Effective interpersonal, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multitask • Ability to understand assembly prints and to assemble with quality and accuracy • Required to successfully pass the EMP panel wiring testRequired Education and/or Experience • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or • 1-2 years of assembly experienceWork Environment Position is an indoor warehouse setting with moderate noise levels including voices, office equipment, and foot traffic sounds.
