Palliative Care Physician, Palliative Medicine & Geriatrics Fellowship

Weill Cornell Medicine in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group/Brooklyn is looking for a BC/BE physician fellowship trained in both Palliative Medicine and Geriatrics to join our team at NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

NewYork-Presbyterian/ Brooklyn Methodist Hospital is a 651‑bed academic institution, academically affiliated with Weill Cornell Medicine. The hospital serves 42,000 inpatients and 500,000 outpatients annually and offers nine graduate medical education residency programs and six fellowship programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialty palliative and hospice care across inpatient, outpatient, and community‑based hospice settings.
• Work closely with oncology, pulmonary, and other specialties to deliver integrated, patient‑centered care.
• Contribute to expanding outpatient program serving patients across a broad medical spectrum.

Location

Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $220,000 to $280,000. Benefits and incentive payments based on quality measures and productivity may apply.

Academic Appointment

The selected candidate will hold an academic appointment at Weill Cornell Medical College. Academic rank will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and credentials.
