To lead a dedicated team, the full-time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Manager will provide expert clinical care, supervise clinical staff, and engage in referral management and process improvement while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide direct patient care and participate in patient panel reviews and weekly interdisciplinary team meetings Supervise palliative care clinical staff, set performance goals, and conduct regular clinical audits Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new clinical staff while fostering a member-centric clinical culture Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Palliative Care Clinician 2+ years of experience leading front-line clinical teams with accountability for outcomes Demonstrated ability to champion new initiatives and achieve business outcomes Strong clinical judgment with the ability to coach for performance improvement Commitment to providing empathetic, patient-centered care
