Requirements

• Entry level ( Previous food manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred)
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with strong communication and attention to detail
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours

Job Duties

• Palletize finished yogurt and food products according to company safety and quality standards
• Work in both cold and warm production environments while maintaining productivity and food safety practices
• Inspect products, packaging, labels, and weights to ensure compliance with company and food production standards
• Load packaging materials and supplies into production equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records throughout the shift
• Keep production and warehouse areas clean, sanitary, and organized in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as directed by supervisors
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, twisting, and crouching
• Regularly lift and move products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Use basic math and counting skills to track production totals and pallet counts accurately
• Identify damaged products, packaging issues, or quality concerns and report or correct them promptly

What You Will Do
As a Palletizer you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
The Palletizer plays an important role in warehouse and manufacturing environments by ensuring materials move safely and efficiently throughout daily operations. This position requires organization, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
Successful Palletizer candidates understand material flow, inventory procedures, workplace safety, and warehouse organization while supporting production schedules and customer fulfillment. Consistent performance contributes directly to operational efficiency.
