In this role, you'll help ensure finished products and materials are safely prepared, organized, and ready for shipment or production. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Palletizer:
- Build and prepare pallets using pallet jacks, stretch-wrap equipment, and manual methods
- Load, stack, and organize finished goods and materials securely for transport or production use
- Apply labels, tags, and required documentation to pallets accurately
- Inspect pallets for stability, proper identification, and structural integrity
- Stage pallets in designated shipping and production areas
- Perform basic equipment checks and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Follow safety procedures and collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams
- Ability to frequently lift and maneuver 40-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended shifts
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand a tape measure
- Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or palletizing experience preferred
- Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, stretch-wrap equipment, carpentry, or woodworking is a plus
