Optomi, in partnership with our client, a leading global professional services organization, is seeking an experienced Palantir Platform Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundry and AIP, strong technical leadership capabilities, and extensive experience integrating, transforming, and migrating enterprise resource planning (ERP) data from SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. A critical focus of this role is expertise in Palantir HyperAuto ingestion and ERP data migration concepts for SAP and/or Oracle. Experience of the right candidate:

• 4+ years of experience in Palantir Foundry architecture, development, and technical leadership, ideally in a hands-on player-coach capacity.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.
• Strong experience designing, building, and implementing enterprise data platforms and solutions at scale.
• Demonstrated expertise with Palantir HyperAuto ingestion and ERP data migration concepts for SAP and/or Oracle environments.
• Mandatory experience working with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data, including data manipulation, transformation, integration, and migration activities.
• Experience designing and implementing data ingestion and transformation workflows for complex enterprise source systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, data modeling, data integration patterns, and platform implementation best practices.
• Hands-on development experience using Python and/or PySpark for data transformation, processing, and pipeline development.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and transforms within Palantir Foundry.
• Understanding of Palantir Ontology concepts and experience translating enterprise data into connected, business-oriented data models and applications.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise-scale platform deployments, including architecture, development standards, scalability, and performance considerations.
• Strong technical leadership experience, including mentoring developers, reviewing technical solutions, and guiding implementation decisions.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding and troubleshooting with architecture, planning, and team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing technical delivery activities, identifying risks, resolving implementation challenges, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex ERP data structures, migration requirements, and enterprise integration challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise data solutions leveraging Palantir Foundry and AIP.
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, balancing solution architecture, coding, troubleshooting, and development team mentorship.
• Design and oversee data ingestion, transformation, and migration workflows involving SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and potentially Oracle ERP environments.
• Apply Palantir HyperAuto expertise to support ERP data ingestion, integration, and migration initiatives.
• Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and reusable data pipelines and transforms within Palantir Foundry.
• Develop and troubleshoot data transformation logic using Python, PySpark, and relevant Foundry development tools.
• Design and implement data validation, quality checks, and testing processes to ensure accuracy and reliability across enterprise data workflows.
• Leverage Palantir Ontology capabilities to organize enterprise data into meaningful business objects, relationships, and operational applications.
• Guide the implementation of enterprise-scale data platforms, ensuring architectural consistency, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical direction and hands-on guidance to developers throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor technical team members, conduct code reviews, share best practices, and support the development of team capabilities.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Manage technical delivery activities, including planning, execution oversight, risk identification, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve ERP data integration, migration efficiency, platform capabilities, and development processes.
• Troubleshoot complex data pipeline, ingestion, transformation, and platform implementation issues.
