The role focuses on business process analysis, data-driven decision support, requirements management, and solution adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.Translate business needs into data and analytics requirements.Support Palantir Foundry solution design and implementation activities.Define business processes, workflows, data requirements, and reporting needs.Assist with data validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.Develop business cases, process documentation, and executive briefings.Support change management and solution adoption initiatives.Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and product owners.Required QualificationsBachelor of Science in Computer ScienceMinimum 15 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or enterprise solution delivery.Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of data governance, business intelligence, and analytics concepts.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred QualificationsPalantir Foundry certification or equivalent Palantir Academy credentials.Federal government experience.Experience supporting large-scale data modernization programs.Familiarity with Agile and product-centric delivery models.CompensationThe expected compensation range for this position is $110,000 – $140,000 annually.
