Painting Project Manager | $60K to $90K | Twin Cities
Durahome Painting Plus is hiring a Painting Project Manager to run residential painting projects from the production handoff through the final walkthrough. You'll coordinate subcontractor crews, keep customers informed, protect each job's budget, and make sure every finished project meets our quality standards.
Pay: $60,000 to $90,000 per year, full time, on site in the Twin Cities.
What you'll do
- Review new projects from our estimators and assign them to the right crews
- Plan painting schedules around crew availability and customer preferences
- Manage several subcontractor crews at once, keeping quality and timelines on track
- Watch budgets closely and negotiate crew pricing that keeps jobs profitable
- Run site visits, quality checks, and final walkthroughs
- Give the owner and customers real-time project updates using our software
- Collect final payments and ask happy customers for Google reviews and referrals
What you bring
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfort with computers, phones, and project software
- Construction management or estimating experience is a plus
- Painting industry experience is a plus
- Spanish is a plus, not required
