Painter
Location: Montgomery, AL / Tuskegee, AL
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform coating work using brushing, rolling, spraying, and other accepted application methods.
- Apply coatings to achieve smooth decorative finishes and required thickness levels.
- Prepare surfaces through smoothing, filling, shaping, leveling, and related prep methods.
- Repair and alter paintable surfaces including walls, floors, ceilings, windows, and doors.
- Remove wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refinishing.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of documented painting experience required. · Experience using common painting tools and trade devices, including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and specialty tools. · Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work in environments involving dust, chemicals, oil, soot, grease, and fumes. · OSHA 30-hour construction training and PPE compliance required. Compensation: $21.00 per hour
