Job Title: Painter/Stainer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter/Stainer to join our manufacturing team. This full-time position requires expertise in wood staining and finishing techniques to ensure high-quality craftsmanship in all projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and deliver exceptional finishes on various wood surfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, stain, and finish wood surfaces using appropriate techniques and materials.
Mix and match stains to achieve desired colors and finishes.
Apply paints, varnishes, sealers, and protective coatings as required.
Inspect and ensure the quality of all finished products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.
Operate and maintain painting and staining equipment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in wood staining, finishing, and painting in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of various stains, paints, and finishing techniques.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
