This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow in a stable manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare metal and composite parts for processing and coatingPerform anodizing, passivation, etching, and related chemical processingApply industrial paints, primers, and specialty coatingsOperate chemical baths, spray equipment, ovens, and curing systemsInspect finished parts for quality and maintain accurate documentationFollow all safety, environmental, and quality proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredExperience in painting, plating, anodizing, powder coating, or industrial finishing preferredAerospace or manufacturing experience is a plusAbility to read work instructions and follow detailed specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsSchedule & Overtime ExpectationsAll positions must be able to work overtime and Saturday mornings from 6:00 AM–12:00 PM when necessary. We value our team's time off and hope to keep Saturday work to a minimum, but it is required from time to time.
