Tradesmen International is looking to expand our team of qualified Trade Professionals for current & future projects in and around Rochester, NY . Most positions are first shift with a pay range up to $33/hour based on experience & skill level. Painter Job Scope:
* Surface preparation such as cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching
* drywall and plaster, caulking, and priming
* Apply paint, varnish, enamel, and specialized coatings
* Set up scaffolding and ladders
* Protect surfaces
* Mix and matching paint
* Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
* Some drywall repair
Industrial Painter Job Scope:
* Prepare materials and surfaces
* Must be familiar with Matthews paint system
* Prime and spray paint using the Matthews Paint System (PPG
* polyurethane 2-pack system)
* Color matching to computer-generated formulas at a computerized mixing station
* Produce sample sheets
* Complete production painting
* Accurately recording project data
Requirements
* Basic Tools for the Trade & Painter's Whites
* Proper PPE must be worn
