Painter Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to residential or commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, varnish, and other decorative finishes.
- Protect furniture, floors, and other areas from paint and damage.
- Mix and match colours as required.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good condition.
- Complete work to a high standard while meeting agreed deadlines.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a painter or decorator.
- Good knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
- CSCS Required
