PainterThe Painter is responsible for performing interior and exterior painting for apartment homes, common areas, and buildings within a multi-family community. This role ensures units are market-ready and maintained to company standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and primingPaint interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and exterior surfaces as neededMatch and mix paint colors to ensure consistency and quality finishesRepair drywall, including minor holes, cracks, and surface imperfectionsComplete unit turns within designated timelines to support leasing goalsMaintain common areas, hallways, and amenity spacesEnsure proper use and storage of paints, tools, and equipmentFollow all safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipmentMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCommunicate with maintenance team and management regarding project statusQualifications:Previous painting experience, preferably in multi-family or residential settingsKnowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materialsBasic drywall repair skills requiredAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyAttention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing ladders, standing for extended periods)Compensation: $17.00
