Location: Saint Petersburg, FL
Pay Rate: $17-$24.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and deburring parts
• Operate paint guns and apply coatings evenly and accurately
• Perform small touch-ups and finishing work as needed
• Use masking knives and other hand tools safely and effectively
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and supervisor guidance
• Maintain good housekeeping standards in the work area
• Assist with reading basic drawings and work orders when needed

Support production goals and complete tasks efficiently
Requirements

• 1-2 years of paint shop or industrial painting experience required
• Experience using paint guns required
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to take instruction, listen, and learn quickly•
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Auto painting experience is a plus
• Experience in aerospace painting and MIL-Spec standards is a strong plus
• Ability to read drawings is preferred, but not required
• Comfortable working with hand tools and performing detailed prep work

Schedule & Pay
• $17-$24 per hour
