Painter/Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Painter/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance knowledge with experience in hospitality-related maintenance tasks. This role requires a hands-on individual who is willing to assist with a variety of maintenance duties including painting and plumbing. Additionally, the candidate should be willing to work snow removal shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in hospitality-related facilities.
- Carry out basic painting, plumbing and preventive maintenance routines.
- Identify and efficiently resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and functional environment.
- Be willing to work snow removal shifts when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Basic maintenance knowledge with some experience in painting and plumbing.
- Previous experience in hospitality-related maintenance is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work snow removal shifts when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.
