Performs resets and simple repairs as necessary.Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information.Will assist other Maintenance personnel, when necessary, in the completion of various projects or repairs including campus snow removal.Assists in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks.Will be expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and "on-call" overtime as necessary.Performs additional duties requested by the Supervisor and the Director of General Services in order to ensure the effective and efficient operation within the community.Attendance is essential to this job.

Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Should possess 1-2 years of maintenance experience as a painter /maintenance in a residential complex, commercial building construction or maintenance.Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
