Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and priming as needed.

Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.

Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure quality work.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements.

Complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to achieve high standards of workmanship.

Requirements:

Willing to train new painters with zero experience

Proven experience as a painter, preferably in residential and commercial settings.

Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus but not mandatory

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
