Job Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
Apply paint, stain, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Perform touch-ups and finish work as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and job-site instructions
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous painting experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift as required
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to follow safety guidelines
