Responsibilities: • • Perform high-quality painting and drywall repairs to maintain the hotel's aesthetic appeal. • Collaborate with the Engineering and Maintenance team to ensure timely completion of projects. • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing touch-ups or repairs. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety standards are met. • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and priorities. • Utilize your expertise to select appropriate materials and techniques for each project. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize disruption to guests and staff. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Previous painting, drywall, or general maintenance experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, drywall repair, and surface preparation. • Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Dependable, reliable, and professional. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Comfortable working in guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces. • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment and materials. • Flexible schedule. • A positive attitude and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. Compensation: $24 - $28 hourly
