Position: Painter
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Location: Cameron, TX
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Painter to start IMMEDIATELY at $15.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Mix paint and primer consistently
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Operate a tape measure and perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Identify and match colors accurately
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Recognize various CORE (wood) materials used in projects
- Complete required respiratory tests and wear masks in high-temperature environments (100-120°F)
- Install, stage, and move materials along the assembly line
- Uphold safety standards, including PPE usage
- Minimum 1 year of paint experience (industrial, manufacturing, or auto body preferred)
- Experience with blueprint reading and interpreting job tickets in English
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with measuring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and excellent work ethic
- Capable of working in high temperatures and wearing respiratory masks for extended periods
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy materials
- Painting, primer mixing, blueprint reading, equipment maintenance
- Preventive and safety procedures adherence
- Quality inspection and core material identification
- Working in hot environments (100-120°F)
- Installing and staging materials in a fast-paced assembly line environment
