We are seeking highly--productive Painters to join our team! You will perform all aspects of residential painting with a focus on managing your jobsite, your crew and the customer.
Responsibilities:
Monday-Saturday 7am-3:30pm (Jobsites throughout Connecticut)
Responsibilities:
- Executing all the daily painting activities from the start to the finish of each project including:
- Painting the interior/exterior surfaces of residential/commercial properties using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
- Removing old paint to prepare surfaces prior to painting.
- Applying protective coverings, such as drop cloths or masking tape, to articles or areas that could be damaged or stained by work processes.
- Filling cracks or breaks in surfaces of wood/compound/plaster articles or areas with putty or epoxy compounds.
- Pressure washing on all exterior surfaces.
- Cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Need to be able to work extensively on ladders.
- Communicating with your Crew Leader
- Maintaining high customer service standards with A's on Report Cards and positive testimonials
- Maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in residential painting (3+ years recommended)
- Ability to prioritize and focus on your current task
- Excellent preparation and painting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in all aspects of painting and pressure washing
- Carpentry experience preferred but not required
