Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM | $19.40 per hour

• Overtime possible and may be mandatory
  
• Temp-to-hire opportunity
  

Painter Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
  
• Resume showing the last five years of work experience
  
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on spray painting or spray gun experience
  
• Experience must involve actually applying paint or coating with a spray gun
  
• HVLP spray painting experience preferred
  
• Automotive and body shop spray painting experience will be considered
  
• Sprayed powder coating experience may qualify
  
• Must successfully complete a paint test
  

About the Painter Role
As a Painter, your responsibilities will include:

• Operate spray guns to coat metal products
  
• Set up and adjust painting equipment
  
• Regulate air pressure and paint flow
  
• Check paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality
  
• Clean and maintain spray equipment
  
• Follow quality and safety procedures
  

Training on the client's specific equipment and processes will be provided onsite. Candidates do not need to have performed this exact job previously. The primary requirement is a solid foundation of hands-on spray painting experience and the ability to successfully complete the client's paint test.
