We have partnered with a manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls to hire Direct Hire Powder Painters.
What You'll Do:
- Follow work instructions and assignments from the Supervisor or Lead.
- Assist with hanging, removing, and preparing parts for painting.
- Perform minor repairs and assembly tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the paint department.
- Use touch-up paint to cover imperfections and inspect finished parts.
- Safely operate hand tools, grinders, sanders, and compressed air guns.
- Experience in Industrial Powder Coating
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift, load, and unload components.
- Comfortable using measuring instruments and basic tools.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
