Job Title: PainterLocation: Milford, IA
Compensation: $19.50-$20.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 6:30am-2:30pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Painters for a leading manufacturing company located in Milford, IA. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Painter:

• Set up and operate powder coating and painting equipment
• Apply powder-coated paint using proper techniques and standards
• Load and unload parts on and off the paint line
• Measure and label parts accurately for identification
• Monitor and maintain paint booth systems and equipment
• Inspect products using measurement tools to ensure quality standards
• Enter work order data into systems for tracking and reporting
• Troubleshoot painting process issues and report equipment concerns

What You Need to Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Understand basic mechanical and manufacturing processes
• Distinguish colors accurately for inspection purposes
• Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Use basic computer systems for data entry and navigation
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods with or without reasonable accommodations
