Marvin is seeking a Paint Line Production Associate to support our manufacturing operations by finishing window and door components to exacting quality standards. In this role, you will load and unload parts on the paint line, prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings, and inspect finished components for coverage, color, and defects. You’ll follow standardized work, read production schedules, document output, and keep equipment and work areas clean.
Safety and PPE compliance are essential as you work with paints and chemicals in a fast-paced, team-based environment where craftsmanship, reliability, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
