Paint Line OperatorWe are seeking detail-oriented Paint Line Operators for a manufacturing company in Litchfield. In this hands-on role, you will load, prep, paint, and inspect parts to ensure high-quality finishes.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Paint Line Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$17.00 to $19.00 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)5:00am-1:30pm (OT working until 3:30pm)7:00am-3:30pm (OT working until 5:30pm)Will be cross-trained in all positions on the paint line including applicator, washer, and load/unload.Applicator:Apply powder coating to parts according to quality standards.Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, reclaim systems, and curing ovens.Ensure even coverage, color consistency, and proper coating thickness.Inspect parts before and after coating for defects and quality issues.Washer:Power wash, clean, and prepare parts for the powder coating process.Inspect parts to ensure they are free of dirt, oil, rust, and debris.Verify parts are properly prepared before entering the coating line.Load/Unload:Load and unload parts on the powder coat line.Inspect parts for quality and defects.Handle materials safely to prevent damage during processing.Paint Line Operator Qualifications:Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including repetitive lifting, standing, walking, and bending.Steel-toe boots/shoes are required.Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment that may be hot, dusty, and subject to changing temperatures.Available to work required hours and overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays.Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
