- Clinical locations: Syosset, Melville, Huntington
- Procedure work based at Syosset Hospital, a 136-bed facility with a special care unit and emergency department with a trauma unit
- Focus on delivering comprehensive pain management services within a multispecialty orthopedic practice
- Part of Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group, Long Island’s largest and most comprehensive orthopedic practice
- Integrated care with state-of-the-art in-house facilities including MRI, digital X-ray, pain management, physical therapy, and occupational therapy

Compensation
- Salary: $125K to $750K
- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity

Requirements
- BE/BC in Pain Management
- Fellowship training in Pain Management
- Residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Valid NYS medical license (or eligible for licensure)
