Description:Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pain Management Physician to join an established multidisciplinary outpatient pain practice in Northeast Florida.
Location: Northeast Florida, near Jacksonville Beach with convenient access to Orange Park, St. Augustine, and the Atlantic Coast.
The physician will evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, provide responsible medication management, and perform or oversee interventional procedures within credentialed scope.
