Job/Practice Description: Pain Medicine
- Location: Munster, IN (30 mins from Chicago!)
- Full-time, permanent position: 10% inpatient / 90% outpatient
- Pain clinic affiliated with a 458 bed local hospital
- Monday Friday, flexible work schedule
- Approximately 25 clinic patients per day
- Call rotation: 1:4
- Subspecialty interests encouraged, with flexibility to design practice around personal goals
- Procedures:
- Epidural Steroid Injections
- Branch Blocks
- Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) for Pain
- Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant
- Spinal Cord Stimulator Implant (Trial Procedure)
- Trigger Point Injections
- Pain Pumps
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
- Credentialing process takes approximately days after an offer is accepted
