- Practice in one of seven counties in Northern California, mostly within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento
- Team includes primary care and specialty Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
- Utilizes advanced practice technology, including EPIC
Compensation
- Annual salary of $504,375
- 2-year income guarantee with shareholder track
- Value based compensation
- Relocation assistance of up to $20,000
- Resident stipend up to $3,000 per month while in residency
- Signing bonus up to $20,000
