This person will manage the day-to-day work required to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while partnering closely with growth creative, product marketing, and growth stakeholders.The immediate priority is strong platform execution: keeping campaigns moving quickly and accurately while freeing senior leadership to focus on strategy. Over time, this person can grow into broader ownership of channel strategy, cross-functional launches, and Ramp’s paid acquisition program.Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and paid social is one of the fastest ways we reach new businesses. This role owns the day-to-day of Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads: building campaigns, getting them live, and tuning them once they’re running.
You’ll help set where budget flows, drive what we test next, and decide what gets killed. You’ll work alongside an experienced marketing team with the creative, analytical, and technical resources to deliver on ambitious growth goals.
