Paid Social Associate Director

Providing hands-on strategic and tactical leadership, the full-time remote Paid Social Associate Director will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, coach junior team members, and ensure quality control while evolving paid social best practices and integrating strategies across paid media channels. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day account management and quality control for paid social accounts, ensuring compliance with standards Coach and guide junior team members on campaign strategy, execution, and client communication in real time Develop and maintain a full-funnel paid social strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall media planning Required qualifications 4-6 years of experience in paid media with deep expertise in paid social strategy and optimization Strong hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok, along with familiarity with other platforms like Pinterest and LinkedIn Experience in both performance marketing and brand planning across various client verticals Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline
