Paid Law Clerk (Fall 2026) – Remote/On-Site

Utah Attorney General's Office offers a Fall 2026 Law Clerk position for current law students. The role is part-time, on-site in Salt Lake City, with the first-year rate at $26/hour, second-year at $28/hour, and third-year or graduate rates at $30/hour.

Clerkships are paid; externships may be unpaid or credit-bearing. Law clerks conduct legal research, draft documents, analyze cases, and prepare opinions as foundations for legal teams.
