Paid Intern - Operations | Remote

LumiCare is hiring a Paid Intern to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for a college student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, assistive technology, remote supports, and human services while working alongside an experienced team.

Position Details

-Remote

-Part-Time | Approximately 20 hours per week

-Starting at $15/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Paid Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of LumiCare’s remote service programs. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing administrative and operational support across LumiCare programs
• Monitoring dashboards and completing follow-up outreach related to service notifications
• Assisting with technology support calls, basic troubleshooting, and follow-up
• Documenting outreach, communications, and outcomes
• Supporting data entry, tracking, reporting, and special projects
• Communicating with individuals served, caregivers, provider staff, and LumiCare team members
• Gaining exposure to the operations behind innovative healthcare and human services programs

The position is fully remote and does not involve providing in-person direct care.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and excited to learn. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an associate or bachelor’s degree program in areas such as: Healthcare Administration • Public Health • Health Sciences • Nursing • Human Services • Information Technology • Health Information Technology • Business Administration • or a related field
