PACS System Administrator

Providing management and end-user support for the Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS), the full-time PACS System Administrator will operate PACS equipment, ensure proper DICOM data transfer, and develop training materials while working onsite at Wilmington Hospital. Key responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of PACS equipment, including image workflow and quality assurance Collaborate with department managers to ensure effective DICOM data transfer and network validation Develop training materials and provide ongoing education for end users on PACS and clinical systems Required qualifications: Associate degree in computer science or a related field Two years of experience with radiology information systems preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
