PACS AdministratorSuperlanet is seeking an experienced PACS Administrator to support a leading healthcare organization in the Bay Area. This is a 6-month contract opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong expertise in imaging systems, troubleshooting, and end-user support across Radiology and Cardiology environments. This role requires an onsite presence 4–5 days per week, working closely with clinical teams to provide real-time support, training, and system optimization.Key Responsibilities:Provide ongoing support for PACS applications across Radiology and CardiologyTrain Radiologists and clinical staff to ensure effective system utilizationPerform PACS quality assurance (QA) and resolve image archiving issuesTroubleshoot and resolve DICOM Modality Worklist issuesConfigure and maintain imaging modalities for seamless PACS integrationManage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environmentRequired Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on PACS support experience (Radiology and Cardiology)Strong background in PACS QA, troubleshooting, and workflow optimizationProven ability to train Radiologists and clinical end usersExpertise in DICOM workflows, modality configuration, and issue resolutionPreferred Experience:Siemens Syngo Plaza (Radiology PACS)Siemens Syngo Dynamics (Cardiology PACS)DatCard PACS Cube (CD import/export)Cadwell ARC (EEG Management)TIMS (Speech Pathology)GE Senographe / Senoiris (Mammography)GE AW (Advanced 3D Imaging)ServiceNow (ITSM)3M/MModal Fluency for Imaging (Radiologist dictation)Additional Requirements:Must be fully vaccinated (COVID, TB, Flu) per organizational policyPay rate will be based on experience and qualifications.
