Job Description
This position involves picking/packing work in an indoor greenhouse. Tasks include setting up, transplanting, sanitizing machinery and farm pack areas. Sanitation and cleaning floor areas using big hoses to wash and sanitize machinery. Preferred background in labor and sanitation. Required dress code includes jeans, t-shirt, shoes, and extra layers for cold environment. Pay rate is $15.25 with no cell phones allowed on the production floor. Shift hours are from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday. Overtime is possible.
Requirements
Physical skill set required. No violent or sexual language. English only. Frequent lifting of 10lbs. No required certificates. Dress code includes jeans, t-shirt, shoes, extra layers for cold environment. Base rate is $15.25. No attendance bonus. No worker's compensation bonus. Shift schedule is 7:00am-5:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday. Overtime is possible. Day report time requires reaching out to Brenda for start date. Supervisor is Darby.
