Reports To: Production Supervisor
Job Overview
We are looking for dependable Packers to inspect, pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires standing, repetitive work, and attention to quality.
Main Duties

• Inspect parts for defects or damage.
• Pack the correct number of parts into boxes or containers.
• Label containers correctly.
• Place completed containers on pallets for shipping.
• Measure or check parts as instructed.
• Remove extra material or debris from finished parts.
• Separate and place scrap material in the correct containers.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Help with sorting, rework, or quality checks when needed.
• Follow all safety and quality rules.
• Report safety concerns, accidents, or injuries immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic reading and math skills.
• Able to follow simple work instructions.
• Able to perform repetitive work throughout the shift.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail.
• Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
• Manufacturing, production, or packing experience is helpful but not required.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
