Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime: Must be available to work Fridays as production needs dictate.
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Packers to join a growing manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack finished products according to company standards and packaging procedures
- Inspect products for quality and identify defects before packaging
- Maintain accurate production counts and packaging records
- Label and prepare products for shipment as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and work for 10-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be available to work mandatory overtime on Fridays when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
- Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards
- High school diploma or GED preferred
