Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
We are currently hiring packers for a manufacturing facility in Surgoinsville, TN! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for growth and advancement within your first 30 days for dependable employees who demonstrate strong attendance, a good work ethic, and the ability to learn. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working a 12-hour shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Pack finished products according to company specifications
- Inspect products for quality and ensure items are properly packaged
- Label, count, and organize products accurately
- Prepare boxes, containers, and packaging materials
- Assemble cartons and packaging as needed
- Move completed packages to designated areas
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
- Maintain a steady production pace throughout the shift
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
- Safely lift, carry, and move materials as required
Requirements:
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work a 2/2/3 schedule, including weekends as scheduled
- Good attendance and punctuality are required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience is a plus, but not required
