Packer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00am)

• Pack customer orders accurately according to company standards and shipping requirements.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order details before packaging.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervision.
• Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transport and minimize product damage.
• Label packages correctly and prepare shipments for carrier pickup or delivery.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy goals while meeting daily shipping deadlines.

Packer Qualifications:

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, quality standards, and operational policies. Keep packing stations and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and warehouse management system experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products within company guidelines.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
