What this role involves
- Repacks products into new boxes/cartons
- Applies labels to boxes and individual units
- Adds promotional materials to units/cartons as needed
- Helps with palletizing (re-palletize products from one pallet to another)
- Supports inventory counts for repacked products, pallets, and materials
- Tracks daily work and reports to the supervisor
- Performs cleaning/housekeeping for the repack area and parts of the warehouse (interior/exterior)
- Ability to repack product into new boxes
- Accuracy with labeling
- Familiarity with adding promotional materials
- Ability to re-palletize products
- Strong attention to detail for inventory counts
- Ability to track daily work and report results
- Commitment to cleaning and housekeeping
- Prior warehouse/fulfillment experience (repacking, labeling, or palletizing)
- Experience supporting inventory tracking and daily production reporting
- Available for 1st and 2nd shift
- No specific education requirement provided
- Food manufacturing environment
