Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift

• Tuesday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Diverse Staffing is hiring Warehouse Packers for a clean, climate-controlled distribution facility in Carrollton, TX.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to join the customer permanently.

Job Duties

• Pull customer orders using an automated picking system
• Pack products accurately for shipment
• Label, seal, and prepare boxes for delivery
• Verify products and quantities before packing
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math, counting, and order verification skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet daily productivity and quality expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packing, fulfillment, or shipping experience
• Experience using scanners or automated picking systems
• Experience working in a distribution or e-commerce environment

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, lift, and carry products
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the day
• Maintain productivity while working safely
