We are seeking a dependable Packer I to package products accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and label products according to company standards
• Inspect products for quality before packaging
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy
• Operate packaging equipment as needed
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and assist with other production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Packaging or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Manual dexterity to operate packaging equipment
