Packaging Supervisor

Role Summary: Oversee daily packaging operations to ensure product quality, food safety, workplace safety, production efficiency, and waste reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise packaging lines, equipment setup, product coding, labeling, and quality standards.
• Monitor production rates, minimize downtime, manage changeovers, and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, GMP, and safety procedures.
• Schedule staff, control labor costs, minimize overtime, and manage attendance and performance.
• Train, coach, and develop employees while maintaining accountability and teamwork.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain production, quality, safety, and shift documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and enforce operational procedures. xhqgsiq
