Let's talk.The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, hands-on creative professional with a passion for packaging design and production.What You'll DoSupport the creation, adaptation, and production of packaging artwork across a variety of product categoriesAssist with updating existing packaging designs, layout revisions, and versioning projectsPrepare production-ready artwork files following established brand standards and packaging specificationsWork closely with designers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to support packaging initiativesEnsure artwork files meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standardsAssist with quality control reviews, proofing, and artwork checks for accuracy, consistency, and complianceLearn and apply packaging production best practices, including die lines, print specifications, and manufacturing requirementsCreate mockups, presentation materials, and production assets as neededMaintain organized file structures and documentation throughout the project lifecyclesStay current on packaging trends, design techniques, and industry best practicesAs a Packaging Production Designer, you'll have:4+ years of experience as a Packaging Production Designer, Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or similar role within consumer products, packaging, retail, or agency environmentsWorking knowledge of packaging design, print production, and production file preparationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and AcrobatUnderstanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and design fundamentalsFamiliarity with die lines, print specifications, and packaging production workflowsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, error-free workAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPortfolio showcasing packaging, production, or consumer product design work requiredExperience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with private brand, retail, CPG, or agency environmentsFamiliarity with packaging manufacturing and print production processesWhat We're Looking For:Strong production and file-preparation skillsCollaborative team player with a positive attitudeAbility to take direction, implement feedback, and adapt quicklyPassion for packaging, branding, and consumer productsThis is a full-time Production Packaging Designer position working onsite in Bentonville, AR.
