Swing Shift Packaging Team MemberWe are looking for a proactive, innovative team player to join our swing shift Packaging Team. This person must be able to operate equipment efficiently and effectively while adhering to the run schedule assigned by the team leader.This is an onsite position at our Ferndale, WA locations. The shift schedule is Monday-Thursday / 4 PM-2:30 AM.RequirementsWork with a variety of machines that process and package Barlean's products.Keep the workstation clean.Maintain a productive workflow.Ensure product quality.Ensure compliance with all GMP's, GDP's, Barlean's SOP's, and SQF regulations.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge And Skill RequirementsAttention to Detail-documentation oriented processes.Willingness to learn Kaizen principles.Works well with others.Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, and climb ladder and stairs.Excellent attendance.Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information in English.Self-starter and follow through.Task Oriented.Mechanical Aptitude.Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unassisted.Education And ExperienceHigh School graduate or equivalent preferred.
