You'll be:Operating and monitoring equipment, following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirementsUsing Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems and performing basic machine troubleshootingManaging multiple activities or machine operations simultaneously while ensuring quality and safety standards are metCompleting production records/logbooks accurately and on timeIdentifying and escalating issues proactively and supporting production goalsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have prior manufacturing experience, preferably in a fast-paced production or industrial environment (required)Are familiar with HMI systems and basic machine functions/troubleshootingAre a quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyPossess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and math skills for production operationsAre comfortable following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirementsCan work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong teamwork skillsHighly Preferred:Leadership or team lead experience in manufacturingProven accountability for tasks and production goalsWhat happens next:Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
